I made PEGGY-STYLE PIZZA CRUST AGAIN (CLICK FOR THE RECIPE) (I actually needed to bake this a bit longer, but it was still good - the key is to make sure it is completely golden brown underneath!). We miss Peggy Hardaway of Buttoni's Low Carb Recipes on our Facebook! She has taken a month's hiatus, as they are moving to a new home. You can add any of your favorite toppings. This time I added chicken, mushrooms, onions (cooked the mushrooms and onions in a little bacon fat) and bacon, I think, plus lots of Mozzarella cheese. I forget...this was a couple of weeks ago.
