UPDATE TO GLUTEN-FREE BAKE MIX 2 (USING GELATIN)


I've been using it a bit more often and the instructions are still evolving.  I wish I could wave a magic wand and figure it out day one, but alas, it's more like day 1,000.  It's not that the results I've been getting are not working. They're great for the most part.  However, there are one or two recipes that make me think.  You know what, I don't need ALL that gelatin!  Time will tell, but lately my baking is working with half the amount of gelatin I suggested.
