So, I have a few out-of-place recipes to share - popsicles and ice creams, but you can squirrel away the recipes for some other time, or if you don't mind eating cold treats in a warm, air conditioned house, then that will be okay too. ;)
CREAMY PEACH
VANILLA POPSICLES
These are quite creamy.
4 peach halves from canned
(drained and rinsed), OR 2 fresh peaches
1 cup heavy cream (250 mL)
Liquid sucralose to equal 1
cup (250 mL)
SPLENDA® Granular, OR to taste
1/2 cup sour cream
(125 mL)
1/2 tsp vanilla
extract (2 mL)
In food processor or blender, combine peach halves,
heavy cream, liquid sucralose, OR SPLENDA® Granular, sour cream and vanilla extract. Process until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
Yield: 12 servings
