Hi Claudia - I have a smaller cheesecake pan too. It does make a difference. You are right.

Thanks, Emily.

I love these. So cute. And you can trick yourself into thinking you didn't eat a big slice. I would quite likely pop about 4 into my mouth and try to convince everyone they're small so it's okay. Such a great recipe and unique presentation. Love it.

Haha Kim! - you have a lovely way of making people laugh and smile. I have at least 2 in a sitting and I'm sure I'm saying that to myself at a subconscious level! ;)

Loos amazing! So trendy for a girls party!

Funny you should say that. I made them yesterday for that exact scenario. The dessert was very well received.

What a "sinful" dessert!!

Jennifer said...

Maybe for some diets it could be considered sinful, but definitely not for low-carbers who are on a high fat diet with no refined carbs such as white flour and sugar allowed. This is very legal and considered diet food for us. My husband lost 2 lbs in the last week and so did I. I made 3 of these!! Okay, we have not touched the 3rd yet and had help on the 2nd one.

So what is sinful to people on a high-carb diet is diet food for people on a low-carb diet. Interesting, hey? Low-carbing hardly feels like dieting due to the higher fat allowed. Adequate protein is stressed but I must admit I sometimes don't get enough. I eat plenty of fat, veggies and even fruit on the other hand. I'm just naughty about getting enough meat some days.
