Looks wonderful!!
Thanks, my friend. :) (((HUGS)))
OMG! These look fabulous!
Jen have you tried the new GF LCMix in yeasted applications like for English Muffins or for things like Biscuits?
Thanks!
Susie, no, sadly this bake mix will not work in yeast applications. As for low-carb biscuits, they are really tricky at the best of times. I'd need to try and make a Bisquick-type mix out of this and see if I can duplicate my Red Lobster-style biscuits. That was the closest I came to real biscuits. I think this gluten-free bake mix has some merit in that it helps us out with many recipes and keeps them low-carb as well, but it will definitely not work for all recipes either. Sometimes the amount of fat in the recipe needs to be drastically reduced - as in at least by half.
I'm still testing this bake mix and in time I will give more detailed instructions with the bake mix. I'm still figuring this out myself. :)
Please oh please post the recipe for the white chocolate blondie! I LOVE blondies!
BTW. All of these pics are beautiful.
LOL Sashi, okay, I will. Soon! :)
Thumbs up!!! Beautiful food and I love the versatility of applications you are using the new LC-GF Bake Mix in. Can't wait to "see" more. ;-)

Thanks, Donna. I'm still experimenting and will continue. :)
