GLUTEN-FREE LOW-CARB WAFFLES
Easy and tasty! Toast them in the toaster when required to crisp them again. I'm so sorry, I discovered a mistake! The quantity of GF Bake mix should be 3/4 cup - I copied my old recipe and forgot to make the change. I hope and pray no one discovered this mistake.
Thank you for your interest in my recipes. Find this recipe in our GF cookbook, Low-Carbing Among Friends.
Here is an easy Strawberry Sauce Recipe (I usually double the recipe):
Strawberry Sauce:
11/2 cups frozen, unsweetened strawberries (375 mL)
Liquid sucralose to equal 1/4 cup SPLENDA® Granular (50 mL)
3 tbsp water (45 mL)
In saucepan over medium heat, combine strawberries, liquid sucralose and water. Bring to boiling. Using a potato masher, mash strawberries. Cook, stirring until sauce thickens a bit.

Hi this is my the first time on your site and I really like it. I have a quick question do your books contain photos of the finished product. I saw photos on amazon but unsure as to whether they are in your books.
Thanks
Thanks, Piper. Actually it is so expensive to produce photos inside the cookbook. I have photos for my first cookbooks inside the book - Splendid Desserts and More Splendid Desserts, but those are not low-carb. The Low-carb cookbooks have some pictures on the covers (several on the back and front) and many more are on my blog. I demarcate the recipes on my blog that are also in my cookbooks with stars. Thanks for your interest. :)
Thanks for sharing this baking recipe and I have tried this at home really good taste. I have a request to you, please share a recipe how to bake cherry cake.
