Great story Christina! Thanks for the inspiration! I am at the point of having gained it back and found out I had diabetes - now I need to get back to where you are now!

Jan, you can find the strength and determination to do it; even if you fall down, pick yourself up and continue the path that you know will keep you healthier and will most likely make your diabetes a thing of the past. For me frequency of eating is the main thing, plus calories, obviously - looks like Christina knows that too now that she is trying to maintain a big weight loss.

Thanks to all of you! Right now with maintain mine I am still Low Carbing and frequency of eating (around 5 hour block)and calorie and trying to watch my gluten intake has made me even lose about 6 pounds in the past couple weeks.

Jan..I KNOW you can do this! Just jump right back in and get right back onto the LC bandwagon! If you need any help let me know..
