For Gluten-Free Folks - A Reminder

If you see a recipe using a low-carb bake mix with gluten in it, you may substitute my Gluten-Free Bake Mix. Liquid requirements may increase slightly if the resulting batter is too stiff. All recipes marked (GF) are gluten-free to my knowledge.

I am really glad to find this Group that is Gluten Free/Low Carb.
I also have the Challenge of being Dairy Free, Soy Free and Corn Free. So, it would be interesting to see if there are any new ways to create, cream, and cream cheese, and whipped cream. Or just pain Colby Cheese non Dairy. I have alread been experimenting with Coconut Milk, but I still to new at everything. So, would love to see what others are doing too.

You will find more gluten-free and low-carb recipes at the lighter side of low-carb (look up Cleochatra - in case I have the name of her site mixed up with someone else) and Healthy Indulgences.

You do have a lot of challenges. I think there are some commercial products that are lactose free, if that is the problem. You could use almond milk - you can even make your own - in place of milk.
